Not drinking much water and making your skin dehydrate is one major reason. One of the features of dry skin is it will remain tight no matter what. You will be able to feel the dryness and roughness.
Normal and combinational skin is a mixture of both oily and dry. One may experience glow and shine on their forehead and their nose. The cheeks will remain dry to complete the combination.
Oily skin Is a type that is clearly visible and does not feel dry at all. There would be a natural shine on your face all the time. One of the benefits of having oily skin is that your skin wouldn’t age easily.
