Dehydration is another reason behind hair loss. Drink at least 4 to 5 glasses of water every day. If you don’t drink a lot of water, drink other fluids that will help in maintaining the water levels in your body like juice, shake, and smoothies.

Some people like the straightness of wet hair and comb their hair when it is wet. You should not do that. Your scalp is quite sensitive after wash, do not brush your hair when they are wet. It will result in breakage and hair loss.
