After all, they are the ones that are most prone to get damaged and face a number of harsh agents. In this blog, Rubina Ratnakar gives some tips that you can indulge in your daily routine and take good care of your feet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your first step towards caring for your feet should be\nremoving the dead skin. Generally, your heels face a lot of extremities and are\nthe ones to get damaged easily. You should heal them by using a pumice stone.\nFirst of all, put your feet in warm water so that the dead skin gets easy to\nremove. After that rub the pumice stone on your heels and you will see the dead\nskin coming off, helping you in getting better skin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The next thing you should do for your feet is to moisturize\nthem. Choose the moisturizer or cream according to the condition of your feet.\nIf your heels are cracked and your skin is chipping, you need to use a stronger\nand more effective moisturizer in order to get good skin. If your skin is not\nthat bad, you can choose from any moisturizer you like and save your skin from\ngetting into a worse condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our body is very sensitive to allergies and can easily fall\ninto the prey of fungal infection. The skin between our toes is the place that\nis most likely to develop an infection. So, clean your feet well, wash them\nevery day, and wear clean socks and shoes every day. If you have developed a\ncondition of infection, you should consult a dermatologist as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your feet are most likely to get skin burns or skin tan as you wear sandals or heels, or stilettos, which expose your feet to the sun. We advise you to apply sunscreen on your feet as well, to save them from the rays of the sun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go for a pedicure at least twice a month, to keep your feet healthy and lively.
